When facing a business challenge, I first stay calm and break down the problem to find its root cause

For example, if a client’s order is delayed due to supply chain issues, I first analyze the timeline and bottlenecks, then create a clear plan to address the problem—like coordinating with the factory to adjust the production schedule
如果客户订单因供应链问题延误,我会先梳理时间线和卡点,再制定清晰方案去解决,如协调工厂调整生产计划

If I need extra support, I’ll consult more experienced colleagues for guidance, while keeping the client updated with honest, transparent communication
如需额外支持,我会向有经验的同事请教,同时及时、诚实地跟客户同步进度

I believe this structured approach helps turn challenges into solutions, which is key for maintaining trust with overseas clients
