A magnitude 7.1 strong earthquake occurred in Kumamoto Prefecture, western Kyushu, around 4:27 p.m. local time on the same day.



当地时间，28日下午4时27分左右，位于九州岛西部的熊本县发生里氏7.1级的强烈地震。
